Using the App

When you access the app you will be asked to log in - use the same username and password that you would use when logging in via the Ctrl Hub website.

Now you are logged in, you will now see any schemes that you are currently working on if you have selected them previously and you can also search for the scheme too by using the search bar.

At the top right you will see three options, we shall look into these next.

• User
• Schemes

In Progress

The Envelope will take you to your In Progress list, these are any forms that you have started but are yet to submit or need further information.  The number in the red circle tells you how many forms you have sat within In Progress.

Clicking on the Envelope button opens your In Progress list which allows you to continue with any forms that you have started.  Select a form you wish to continue and it will open up.

User

Clicking on the User icon will allow you to log out of the app.

Choosing About will show you the current app version number.

Schemes

Selecting the Schemes (three lines) button will allow you to view all schemes assigned to your organisation.

*Note* If this is your first time logging in it may take a few minutes for the schemes to download to your app, but will be there each time you log in and if you don’t have any signal.
