Clearing your Cache on Windows
To help speed up your loading time in Ctrl Hub it is recommended that you clear your cache on your PC regularly to help ensure you are using the most up to date data from the platform.
Clearing the cache on a PC varies depending on which web browser you are using, below are examples of Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but they all follow a similar process.
Chrome
On your keyboard press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del], a new window will appear.
You can choose the time range that you want to clear, last hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 4 weeks or all time.
You can now select what you would like to clear, this gives you the option to clear cookies and browsing history also, once you have selected your options click Clear Data. Be aware that the removal of data can affect your auto filled websites.
Microsoft Edge
On your keyboard press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del], a new window will appear.
You can choose the time range that you want to clear, last hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 4 weeks or all time.
You can now select what you would like to clear, this gives you the option to clear cookies, download and browsing history also, once you have selected your options click Clear Now. Be aware that the removal of data can affect your auto filled websites.
