Guide to Completing: CG005 -Customer Interaction (CARE)

CG005 - Customer Interaction (CARE) has automatically generating answer fields to facilitate the form's completion. Upon selecting the relevant Scheme, Work Order and Property, the customer's details will automatically be entered into the remaining fields should the details be within Ctrl Hub. 

The project details at the beginning of each form are used to identify the works associated with the form being completed.

Anything relating to an entity within Ctrl-Hub itself in the form's completion will then associate the form submission to said entity's submission area.

*Note* Any label in bold with a red asterisk is mandatory for completion.

Once you have selected your property the blue box will populate with the address and the yellow box will show you if the property is registered as PSR displaying the contact, priority and needs.

The remainder of the form will depend on the outcome of did you gain access.

If no access was gained, select no and the form will expand to ask for further information, reason for no access and did you leave a drop card.  Once answered you can submit the form to No Access - Revisit.

Where you have gained access to the property and selected Yes, the Priority Services Register section will appear.  You can select the customer is Existing PSR or not and continue the form.

As you work your way through the Priority Services Register section you will come to the Conversation section to complete.

The final section is Reinstatement, here you will choose the Reinstatement Material.  In any images/files box you can either follow the instruction to drag and drop to upload files from local storage, or you can click to browse for files, and enter any comments or questions from the customer.

  Once the form is completed you can then submit.
