Employee Qualifications Report

The employee qualifications report will show you all qualifications assigned to employees within your organisation.  This will provide you with the dates they were assigned,  when they are due to expire and if they have expired.

To run a report, from the left navigation menu select reports and locate Qualifications Report and select Generate.

A new window will open, select Generate.

Once your report is ready, it will download as a CSV (Spreadsheet) and will be available on your device.

The report will list all qualifications that have been awarded to an employee.

Columns

A-P - Will show you the employee details, including the organisation they are with.
Q - This is the list of qualifications assigned to an employee.
R - The date the qualification was awarded.
S - The date the qualification will expires 
T - This will show you the status of the qualification at a glance and will show as either;
      Valid - The qualification is in date.
      Invalid - The qualification has expired or requires renewing.
      Risk - The qualification is due to expire.
