Scheme Form Submission
You can search the Scheme Submissions tab to see all forms submitted under that Scheme only.
From the left hand navigation menu select Schemes, you can now choose the scheme or use the filter function to search a specific scheme.
From the scheme select the Submissions tab located between the Folder and Work Orders tabs.
To see the forms submitted on the scheme use the Select a Form tab.
A drop down menu of form categories submitted on the scheme will appear, allowing you to choose which form you would like to view.
*Note* The numbers in the grey boxes next to the form tell you how many submissions there are for that particular form.
The results for the form type you selected will be listed.
As shown in the below screenshot additional information can be shown per form helping to identify such things as the Work order and Street defined in each individual form listed.
*Note* Additional information will vary depending on the form type chosen.
Additional information on the listing will only be triggered once filter criteria is chosen.
This can be one of the filter choices from the list of multiple if you wish.
Only once the Filter is selected will additional information appear per form.
Your filtered results will display and you will see additional information from your form choice.
