Viewing Schemes in the App

There are two ways you can search for a scheme within the app.

You can use the ‘Search by full Scheme No’ by entering the full scheme number, eg EMGA222019, and the search results will show below.

*Note* Only schemes assigned to your organisation will appear in the results.

Another option is selecting the Scheme icon button, to view schemes available to your organisation.

*Note* If this is the first time you have logged in to the app, it may take a few minutes for the schemes to download and appear.

You can now search through the schemes or use the search bar to find a particular scheme.

Once you have selected your scheme you will be taken to a new page where you can choose the site you will be working on.

*Note* The scheme WBS is now also available to view.

In the top right, you can access the Folders for the selected scheme.

Choose the Folder for the relevant file.

Once you have chosen the folder, to download the file click on the download link.

Once the file has been downloaded it is now available to view, this is stored on your device and is also available when there is no network signal.

Within the scheme you can select the site that you will be working on.

Once you have selected the site, you will be taken to a new page where you will see the information for the site. 

You will also have three buttons to select from Operations, Forms and Permits, let’s look at these.

Operations - Here you can view the operations connected to the site, this will show you the property details and if the customer has a PSR (Priority Services Register) flag.

Forms - Here you will see all of the forms that are available to you.

Permits - You will see any permits related to this job.

Clicking into the Permit will give you more information.
