Adding Associated Organisations to a User's Profile

Some users, who work for a CMO or IPO, will need to have other organisations linked to their User Profile to produce reports, and capture the correct data.

Only certain users will have the permission to assign Associated Organisations, if you do not see an ‘Update’ button, please ask somebody from your organisation for assistance.

Associating an organisation to your user profile will allow to you view that associated organisation’s submissions, produce reports with that organisation’s data and generally grants more access.

To assign a user any additional associated organisations:

  •          Firstly, open their User profile within Ctrl-Hub.
  •          Second, navigate to the ‘Associated Organisations’ field.
  •          Then, click the ‘Update’ button on the right of this field.

  •          Type in, or select from the drop-down menu, all relevant organisations to associate.

  •          Finally, click the blue ‘Update’ button, and you will see a green message bar indicating that the employee’s profile has been updated.
