Assigning a secondary Organisation to a Scheme

Organisations are created and assigned initially to a CMO. Once all documentation is uploaded to the Scheme the work orders are sent from SAP. 

It is now time for the Scheme to be allocated to the Secondary Organisation, this will be the LDP partner.

The LDP will not be able to access or view this scheme or any related work orders until this allocation is complete.

Go to the Scheme you are ready to assign to an LDP. 

Select Update once your secondary Organisation has been selected.

*Note* - You must be associated with the secondary organisation for them to appear on the list available to you.

This will allow the LDP to see and accept CG030 - Project Handover CMO to LDP.
