Viewing a Submission

Anything relating to an entity within Ctrl Hub itself, i.e. Schemes, Work Orders etc will then associate the form submission to said entity's submission area.

Example. Let's look at a Customer Post Completion Survey. This guide relates to ALL forms in Ctrl Hub 

Using the example form above, you will see listed below the submission areas the form will apply itself to upon submission 

• Scheme
• Work Order (Street)
• Property
• Author of the form
