Guide to Completing: CG014 - Customer Post Completion Survey
CG014 - Customer Post Completion Survey has automatically generating answer fields to facilitate the form's completion. Upon selecting the relevant Scheme, Work Order and Property, the customer's details will automatically be entered into the remaining fields should the details be within Ctrl Hub.
The project details at the beginning of each form are used to identify the works associated with the form being completed.
Anything relating to an entity within Ctrl-Hub itself in the form's completion will then associate the form submission to said entity's submission area. The general details at the beginning of each form are used to identify the works associated with the form being completed.
*Note* Any label in bold with a red asterisk is mandatory for completion.
Once you have selected your property the blue box will populate with the address and the yellow box will show you if the property is registered as PSR displaying the contact, priority and needs.
Post Completion Survey
To start with, the form has only one question. The drop-down menu will present the answers available and depending on your answer, more questions will follow.
Yes
In the event of speaking with the customer, choosing 'Yes' will open the rest of the questions. The questions are self-explanatory in that they are questions for the customer to answer.
No
In the event of not being able to speak with the customer, choosing 'No' will present only a non-mandatory comments box for why contact with customer couldn't be made.
Customer Team
In any images/files box you can either follow the instruction to drag and drop to upload files from local storage, or you can click to browse for files.
There is again, another optional text field for comments, although this time it is for customer's comments.
*Note* As this section is labelled 'Customer Team Section' it is to be used for information given by customers and will be filled in by a back-office team.
