Guide to Completing: CG004 - Transmittal Form
General Details
The general details at the beginning of each form are used to identify the works associated with the form being completed. In this case, the general details are labelled ' Transfer Details', and the latter half similarly named 'Scheme Details'.
Anything relating to an entity within Ctrl-Hub itself in the form's completion will then associate the form submission to said entity's submission area. For example, in this case with the form submission requiring employee names, this will then associate the form to said employee(s).
Upon opening the form initially, the ' Transmittal Number' will be automatically populated, and does not require any changing/entry.
*Note* Any label in bold with a red asterisk is mandatory for completion.
Upon entering details of the number of Schemes to be transferred, more fields will auto-fill. For example, if we choose our test employee Will Goodacre as the 'Transferred By' option for the personal details should automatically generate if the details on that employees Ctrl Hub account. Furthermore, the 'Total Scheme Length' can also be left blank and would automatically generate based on the amount of information entered later in the form.
Within the majority of forms dates are needed to ascertain when the form is completed or when the action discussed was performed. Usually this would appear as a date box, with drop-down options for Month/Day/Year.
Navigation
Each form is separated into sections for ease of access to users. If, for example, you are only required to access a small part of a form for authorisation, or any other reason you can use the section navigation menu on the left-hand side of the form.
*Note* The example above doesn't showcase navigation so well, as all of the sections are within view. However, in longer forms with long sections, this menu will save a lot of time!
Scheme Details
Within the Scheme details section, selecting the ' Scheme Number' will allow you to access the Work Order number selection. The work order number drop-down will automatically populate with relevant work orders from the selected Scheme. Once the work order number has also been selected the 'Address' field will also automatically populate based on the chosen work order.
The ' Abandon Length' entered in any entries will add up to the 'Total Scheme Length' in Transfer Details, which again, will automatically populate based on the length indicated.
Clicking the blue plus icon will open an additional entry box for any additional Schemes being entered.
