Filtering

What if I have a lot of equipment and need to find a Site Light? How would I find it?

On the equipment listing page, you can click the Filter bar to expose the filters form:

You can now filter for equipment using all of the available filters. When you’ve selected your criteria, click the Filter button to filter the equipment. Click the Cross or Clear button to remove the filters:

Searching

Filtering is great but is there a quick way to search for equipment from anywhere in the system?

You can use the system search bar at the top of the page. Type the equipment name into the search box and hit Enter in order to search the system.

*Note* You can select “Equipment” from the dropdown in order to narrow your search:

Exporting

From the equipment listing, you can export the list as CSV or PDF via the Export menu.

*Note* if you have any filters applied, this will only export the filtered equipment.
