Listing Submissions

Submissions are created when a user saves a form. You can use the 'By Form' tab, next to All, that will instead present a more organised view when specifically trying to find one forms' submissions.

Pressing on 'Select a Form' will open a drop-down menu with all of the forms that you have access to, and can then view.

The results for the form type you selected will be listed. 

As shown in the below screenshot additional information can be shown per form helping to identify such things as the Work order and Street defined in each individual form listed.

*Note* Additional information will vary depending on the form type chosen. 

Additional information on the listing will only be triggered once filter criteria is chosen. 

This can be one of the filter choices from the list of multiple if you wish. 

Only once the Filter is selected will additional information appear per form. 

Your filtered results will display and you will see additional information from your form choice.
