Create A New Scheme

Schemes are created directly from the Scheme section under governance in the main navigation menu.

Schemes can be created individually by selecting Create Scheme or can be imported in bulk by clicking here, downloading and populating the template provided.

The Scheme is essentially there for information exchange and document approval until the point when the actual scheme is pushed into Ctrl Hub from SAP.  At that point, the files and form submissions in the Ctrl Hub scheme will automatically be merged and become part of the SAP scheme.

*Note* We recommend that you seek guidance from Ctrl Hub before seeking to bulk upload Schemes.

To create a new Scheme, click on the Create Scheme button.

*Note* Mandatory areas are highlighted with a red asterisk. Watchers added will be emailed with any changes made to the Scheme which they are watchers on.

Scheme Creation Guidance Sheet

  •  Select the relevant Organisation.
  •  For Scheme type, type in the words Document Approval as shown above.  This will automatically populate the Sales Order No. box below, as shown above.
  •  For Scheme No. enter the relevant Scheme number, ensuring that you follow the Cadent scheme naming convention.
  •  No further information is required initially, although you may choose to populate the other fields if you wish.

Click  Save New Scheme in the top right corner:

Schemes will be assigned upon creation to the relevant CMO.

The CMO will then assign them to the relevant LDP to carry out the work.

This will then automatically assign all Work Orders in the Scheme to that LDP.
